AR: Help end breed bans in Arkansas

Breed-based dog laws are outdated, costly to enforce, and have been proven ineffective at keeping communities safe. Comprehensive dangerous dog laws that focus on owner accountability and behavior of the dog are needed to replace the current status quo.

Arkansas legislators are considering a bill that would prevent local governments from adopting or enforcing such breed-specific legislation (BSL) statewide, while also ensuring both people and pets are protected from dangerous dogs.
