Virginia residents: Thank your Delegates for supporting HJ 711.

Great progress is being made in Virginia! Recently, the House of Delegates voted to approve HJ 711, a bill commending Virginia shelters and rescue groups for their work toward no-kill.

This recognition is an important step toward reaching no-kill statewide. Please take a moment to thank your representatives for supporting Virginia's animals!
