Getting started is as easy as 1, 2, 3! All you have to do is:
1.) Create an on line pseudonym to save your anonymity from everyone except your support friends. This will be your user name and along with a password will enable you to insure your information is kept private except to those to whom you want to share.
2. Create a Team Name to fit your personal goals that you can share with your Personal Support Team (PST), who will post their support to that team specifically, but will also be shared throughout the site anonymously.
3. Send e-mails to your support friends that know you, and can hold you accountable in a positive manner, to keep you on to your personal goals toward whatever positive change you want to create. Direct them to helpfulfriend.org in your e-mail (example e-mails) with a simple request for their support.
The site will automatically share your stories in the blogs for all to see (after approval for appropriate behavior)! Although only your friends will know they are on the support team and who you actually are, your personal struggles and successes will support others in our universal attempts to improve our lives and thus help each other.
